  • Which credit cards do you accept?

    At this time we only accept Visa and Mastercard. If you need to use any other type of credit card I suggest you pay through Paypal. Paypal is a free service to you and will allow you to pay by All major credit cards or directly from your bank account.
     
  • Can I return an item that is damaged or defective?

    Yes, after contacting us at our email address with damage/defect explanation within the first 14 days of receipt. We will make a decision to either replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount excluding any shipping charges. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
     
  • Can I return an item that I no longer want?

    No. All sales are final. You can email us and depending on the reason you wish to return the item, we will decide if the item will be accepted back. If you are permitted to return the item, there will be a 20% restocking fee and shipping is not refunded. Also shipping costs to return the item back to us is at your expense and will not be reimbursed. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
     
  • I was sent duplicate orders. Can I return one?

    Yes. If a mistake was made and you received duplicate orders we will issue a call tag on the duplicate order and you will be given a full refund including shipping charges upon receipt of item back to us. Please contact us to get a call tag for that order. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
     
  • What happens if the item I ordered is not available?

    Our vendors ship products before the estimated delivery in the vast majority of cases. On occasion, however, an order may be delayed due to availability or other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone, postal mail or email. We constantly update our computer system with new information from our vendors. On rare occasions new circumstances come to our attention after the placement of your order. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund at any time.
     
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Shipping time for orders shipped UPS ground is 5-7 days from the time the order was processed. We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible, but it is not guaranteed that all orders be processed within a 24 hour period. If you need a order rushed for some reason, please contact us and we will make ever attempt to work with you if it is possible.
     
  • Can I ship my order to a different address?

    Yes, within the 48 states. When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just enter where you would like to have the package shipped in the Ship To fields. Make sure to put your information in the Billing Fields to insure that there are no problems with the processing of the order.
     
  • How is my order shipped?

    Most products are shipped via UPS (because they offer package insurance and excellent tracking software) although we may use USPS Priority Mail on lighter and international orders.
     
  • Do you do foreign shipping?

    Please email for charges. Include the item and your mailing address. Buyer is responsible for any duties and/or tariffs. I will ship by the least expensive method which may take 4 to 6 weeks. If quicker delivery is desired, I will include those options in my reply. Payment must be by international money order made out in US Funds such as Western Union, etc. Due to the high amount of International Credit Card fraud lately, we are unable to accept any other form of payment at this time. If you would like to pay by credit card, please contact us and we will try to give you what ever options are available at that time.
     
  • Do you sell your customer lists?

    No! All your information is kept private. Please make sure to fill in all the fields that are requested during check out. Entering incorrect information such as 123-456-7890 as a telephone number ( happens a lot ) can result in your order being canceled. Entering incorrect information like this makes it a problem for us should we need to contact you regarding your order and we do not have time to attempt to locate a phone number or anything else.
